Of course! I’ve worked with clients all over the world — Los Angeles, New York City, British Columbia, and Spain to name a few. If we’re in different timezones, the only struggle might be scheduling phone calls. Don’t worry! We can chat over email, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger, even if response times are a little delayed.
You're in the GTA and that's far from me. Can we make it work?
Timing depends on a few things — the scope of the project, the information you can provide and how quickly you can provide it, and my workload at the time. Ordinarily, I can turn around a website copywriting project (approximately four pages), a full brand identity design, and a custom Showit website in about six to eight weeks. I’ll always create your content as quickly as possible, but will never compromise on quality or detail. A deadline will always be agreed with you during our initial discussions.
How long will it take to complete my project?
Every project includes one round of edits. If you need additional edits after the first round, there is a project-based fee for additional work. This fee helps ensure we’re both on the same page from the start of the project.
How many revisions are allowed?
I’ll send you EVERYTHING upon the receipt of final payment. If it’s a copywriting project, I’ll send you a Google Docs link/folder. If it’s a brand identity design, all of your final files will be compressed into a zip folder which will be sent to you via email. If it’s a website, I’ll transfer the design over to you and set up a Zoom call to walk you through the backend of your website so you can feel confident updating it as needed. I’ll also keep a copy of your project files in case you lose yours.
How will I receive my project once it's finished?
I require a 50% deposit payment at the beginning of the project and the remaining balance payment is due after you have reviewed the final work and are completely satisfied with it. I want you to be so in love with your new brand. Payment is accepted via PayPal, e-transfer, or cookies (just kidding).
How do you take payment?
There are typically additional fees for domain names (i.e. URLs), website hosting, font licences, and stock photography that are the responsibility of the business owner.
Are there any additional fees that are not included in the price of your package?
Due to the digital format of my services, we do not offer any refunds. All deposits are non-refundable.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
